Condsidering getting an Impreza wagon, would love to know more about the car!

So I\'m seriously drawn to a mid-late \'90s Impreza wagon, but I would really love to have more knowledge about the car.. Just general knowledge will be great and if some knowledge on mods comes along I\'m not going to complain ;P

Thinking about it, this being my second car only, the legacy GTB is probably a safer better option..

I dunno about this.... safe in terms of in a crash yes... but probably not in terms of reliability..... hmmmm would I put my money on a high kms impreza or a high kms twin turbo legacy.... tough one. They both seem to be able to do some serious kms when looked after correctly their whole life (but a subaru going through its whole life without a fcukwit owner at some point is so rare)

Not impossible to find a nice legy under 200,000km for under 3.5k. GT-B have less of a chance of being found in an unmolested state but still good odds. Seems like they go forever if serviced and looked after.

I got my most recent \'96 GTB for 2k, but it\'s done 250,000km. Factory as though, and very thorough service history so I trust it won\'t break down on me any time soon
