R180 Diffs

Hi all, currently trying to get my car all going and try and revin it. Problem. my r180 diff is blown.. My car is a V3 WRX and I put a r180 rear end setup in it, using diff/axels from v3 STi RA, and v7 STi rear hubs. Im wanting to know if a v7 STi diff will fit in my car, im taking it all V7+ STI have R180, or am I mistaken.

If your car is running a 5speed then no because 4.4 ratio vs 3.9, If your car is like your title states and rwd then you can use the 3.9,

i think the v7 sti rear diff is suretrac and not plated aswell.

I have a good 4.4 r180 plated rear diff i could sell you but wont be cheap as i want to keep it.

No worries, they do pop up from time to time for 300ish but you got to play the waiting game.

it was.. it had blown bearings, not sure about the plates, i wasn't refering to the cusco one you gave m lol i was refering to another r180 diff i have

that makes sense. i thought you were referring to it even after you had replaced those bearings.
