GTB injectors and AFM

Just wondering what AFM and injectors a 96 GTB would have. Im thinking they would have the yellows, but would they have the orange AFM also?

Mine had greys and i think the AFM was purple? bin a while...

are there different model GTBs? I thought they all had the 205kw motor so would need the yellows.

theres early and later as far as im aware the older ones had greys and the later ones had yellows nad orange afm

My manual 97 GTB 'EJ20R' has yellows and orange afm. Auto GTBs had different less powerful engines so there could be a difference there.

96, 97 same thing. If EJ20R engine, yellows and orange afm.

96 might of been the crossover year i think

Gen 3's were introduced in 98.

97 = GTB

The early ones aren't GTBs. They are GTs with Bilsteins. GTBs have the EJ20R whereas the GTs have the EJ20H.

my 96gt-b has yellow injectors and orange air flow

but it doesn't have the Bilsteins or the Bilsteins badge. (has adjustable)

So it will have the EJ20R engine and manual gearbox, making it a GTB. Suspension can be easily swapped and badges removed.

if your is a ej20h block you should have grey injectors and purple afm

but if your a ej20r block you should have yellows or green injectors and orange afm

but ej20r block can be auto or manual!! and run green or yellow injectors

I have never seen an EJ20R auto.

And red and green turbo injectors?? Reds are for BD/BG 2.0 and 2.5 N/A. They're only about 200cc. I've never seen or heard of greens.

Yep, only ever seen grey, yellow and pink injectors...

well my old 98 gtb bg5 was a ej20r block auto and had green injectors

i still have 3 of the green injectors so i put a photo of them tomorw runing vf 20 and vf21

my mate had a ej20r block as well 96 gtb auto but had grey injectors

with orange air flow he runing vf18 and 21

red injectors are non turbo injectors and are 190cc

oh and i just sold a ej20r block from a 97 gtb auto .. and the vin plate had ej20r and same auto number as vin!
