removing sticker residue

Removed my wrx sticker a while ago witha heat gun. and it left some sticky residue...what could i use to remove it? tried polish and cut and wax...didnt work

from reading your other posts, i am starting to think you should leave your car alone... you really have no automotive/general engineering/mechanical clue.

Perhaps buy a cheaper more reliable car that's harder to **** up. And learn from that, that's how I learnt the basics... good ol' ****ty ford lasers, god I miss that car sometimes

De-Solve it works a treat and doesnt damage paint, meh who cares if you're seen to be wrecking your car. Some of us have to learn things by stuffing them up first

Bought some from bunnings the other day to get the glue from the vinyls i ripped of my car.

De-Solvit is the shit. Got a bottle in my shed and it dissolves cellulose really nicely.

Yeah if you use nail polish remover you need to wipe it off your paint quick otherwise it might eat away at it... it's Acetone.

Removes stuff like that better than turps or meths tho

kum-clean from bunnings..... yes that is it's name, works well for removing sticky residue

had the same prob on mine try hot water or meths both works well for me bt make sure u wash meths residue off after wards
