i drove from dunedin to chch to palm north in type r v4 on $160 of 98 this week.pretty damn good i reakon given the performance of the coupe.

also used a few barrells of bunker oil on the ferry of course....cheers

my 2005 v10 sti does 250km to 30lt 98 bp thats open road but very hilly. about 8.6 km to the litre. the new hilux does a shity 7.5 km to the litre. the navara stx does 9km to the litre, dads new disco does about 8.5km to the litre. the thirsty vehcle is the big tractor does around 35 to 40 litres a hour some times so u guys cant complain 8)

My ex GT-B 1998 wagon auto gave me 11,2 km/L one time coming from Chch to Qtwn driving the last 120 km @ 90km/h cause it was night, not sure if the petrol could be enough to come to Qtwn and no petrol station open at night. Normally I was close to 515km per tank in the open road, and in town (Queenstown) I was around 390km.

My Father's Outback 2.5 2006 make around 9km/l in the city and 13km/l in the open roads.

according to romraider, i get an average of 9.2km/litre. [spirited highway driving]

normal driving ~11.5L/100kms, quite a bit fo that is short trips though.

Hampton downs i got 33L/100km

Taupo was a bit better at 28L/100km.

Best I got was 10.9 on the drive to taupo.

v7 manual gives me 9.2l/100km. great using iphone apps to log fuel usage. Mates Bp5 gets him around 620kms a tank driving kaiapoi to cashmere everyday. im around 530kms town/country.

Ski field is a different story always wanting to be first in line haha

Have got 550 Open road before in a v5 WRX.

Around town 400-450 is about normal. I have a fairly heavy foot.

i have a 01 sti impreza, an round town, struggle to get over 350km to a tank, but easy 500 on open road.. on 98 octane

I get 450 round town with half of it highway and 550-600 on the open road (as in driving from aucks to mountain without stopping not speeding).

250t legy.

Stupid 2.5 auto, not much better than a wrx or gt.

Time to upgrade ;D
