With the 6 speed complete drivetrain axles are the break point. If youre going to be rough use the r180 axles.
If you're not a vandal just use r160 the correct ratio to match box.
@Andy_Mac may have the knowledge youre after.
Perfect for this @Dairusire its pretty much a bolt on gt3071. I posted back to back results in engine thread iirc with a gt3076. Well worth doing.
Proven to generate a better curve on a vf34 also.
They cost red line around the 150nzd iirc I looked at buying a few in couple of years back from their supplier.
Just tune it with a sti turbo from the same era.
Talk to dude at prestige in wellies. Might be Geoff? At nz wiring cracked the canbus I think... pretty vague sorry but check prestige tuning and nz wiring fb page.
Best bet is to get a mechanical check done by someone to assess the car. See what's likely to crop up in the next 6 months. Is the timing going to need doing in the next 12 months? Have all fluids been changed engine, box and diff? Tyres and bushes due for replacement?
It's a case by case basis of what it will cost to maintain there is no hard and fast answer.
Where are you located?
Good news - the admin team has decided a pizza treat is a good incentive to keep the ball rolling.
Anyone posting a location up in this thread until the 31st October 2017 goes in the draw.

What is the service intervals and at what kms has it been serviced?
What oil have you been topping it up with and what have they been putting in to it?
Where people go wrong is they stipulate a percentage for drivetrain loss say 15% for arguments sake to get crank power. Then they calculate that for a V7 sti with 160wkw and use the same calculation for a V7 sti with 300wkw with exactly the same drivetrain.
You do the math...
Engine dyno or bust.
