  1. If you bought it with the representation that it would be covered under warranty, you can go back to the seller directly if the warranty company declines you if/when something goes wrong. Otherwise they\'re breaching their responsibilities under fair trading/consumer guarantees Thats presuming with those k\'s you purchased from a dealership / car yard.
  2. Does this mean a higher first number, or a higher second number? Oil n00b Higher of either is \'thicker\'; first number is cold, second is hot (simplistically) The second is more relevant though as that\'s what it\'ll spend most of its time at.
  3. http://fortyone.co.nz/parts/view/39484.html Think those are the ones. Send them an email and they\'ll confirm and source you the correct ones, in any case cheaper than super cheap!

  5. They won\'t hire it to clubs yet as they\'re only allowed to use it for something like 20 days a year due to resource consent constraints
  6. The problem with getting something for your membership etc is that the club doesn\'t charge that much for membership so even with a fair few paid members we\'re limited in what we can do. Best we can generally do is offer paid member discounts on events etc. Tbh between ferry discount and MM paid member discount I think I got $80 more value out of my paid membership than it cost me in 2012, for example We\'ll see what we can get going anyway, keep ideas going .
  7. And my girlfriend calls me paranoid :
  8. Trying to explain to Jon how to post a photo on the FB wall
  9. When you post to the wall you can do a photo/link instead of comment if you click the tab. May not work on mobile?
  10. Edit: lol you edited your post while I wrote this fffuuu As an aside, to stop anyone getting the wrong idea memorized, \'torts\' are a class of \'wrongs\' committed and there\'s about a hundred of them and a lot of them have nothing to do with physical damage. Most times when there is legal action taken by individuals it relates to specific torts, as opposed to \'crimes\' which are actioned on by police in nz. Potentially in the example of a car being towed incorrectly, they\'d be liable under the tort of negligence as the duty of care owed by a tow driver would be deemed to be higher than that of an average joe as they are towing \'professionals\' /using my degree for something, woo!
  11. In a non-literal sense it\'s whoever designed chch\'s intersection system to make it impossible to turn right anywhere\'s fault. I have never seen such madness anywhere else
  12. yeah the 4 pot setup I got for my wrx were 4/1 off a v3 type r
  13. Given I\'ve only done 3,500kms in the last year I entirely expect them to pass my wof next month.... FFFFFUUUUUUU
  14. Mine did 166kW with two boost leaks so something would be seriously wrong to only do. 140!
  15. Lvvta.org.nz Look for \'certification thresholds\'
  16. Message ends. There is however a trackday on in the Easter Weekend that a few members are entering if anyone feels car withdrawl setting in; see http://www.clubsub.org.nz/forum/index.php/topic,34401.0.html
  17. It fits with the later headlights it just has a gap and looks a bit odd if you look closely. Grille needs to be changed to v1/2.
  18. Good way to get buttraped by the commerce commission if true
  19. Pretty sure it happened to someone out on track recently. Don\'t think it was a subaru though
  20. Just loosen the abs ring, and use two open ended nuts to wind in the new studs. It\'s easier than you\'d expect
