Just wondering - how is your wastegate connected? Is it being run directly off turbo or are the lines going elsewhere?

Sounds like the gauge isn't connected to where it should be. Note the size of the turbo... you shouldn't be expecting too much from it lol

guy's probably just got his gauge hooked up to the nipple on the secondary op guy; does your gauge read vac at all? "sits on zero" makes me think you've got it hooked into an area that's only positive pressure, no vac.. i.e. between the turbo and wastegate

Practically every line coming off the intake has positive pressure running through it, you may need to be more specific...

Cranked it over couple times because I felt like it Need spark plugs, tmic and an ecu then it's go

Loosen off the p/plate bolts, wiggle the living **** out of the motor / box till it slots in, bolt em up, then do up the p/plate bolts through the clutch fork hole on the g/box. Problem hori solved
