  1. f*** those guys 😆 I want my toys now whaaa
  2. Seems like the bolt spacing is way wider on those brembos can you post up the spacing
  3. Where about a are you? have you checked the fuses related to those systems?
  4. Anyone? want to test the GR manifolds and throttle body to see what the flow is and how imbalanced with bigger throttle fitted.
  5. Mine is all sitting with James ready to order. not sure how long I can wait though as need those parts to finish the build.
  6. 😭 so no relay there at all left edge relay panel is only thing I haven’t got relays to swap out. still have blower fan ones as well. but that wouldn’t stop the rear deficit and act as well.
  7. Was there any actual numbers on the sensor you got?
  8. Another great place that’s helps answer curly questions and doesn’t just push their own stuff. I spoke to James for way too long and learned heaps. Quoted everything up fast with options. https://jmms.co.nz/pages/contact-us
  9. Kevin is so helpful. Custom CNC heads and added the bronze valve guides. Re-cut valve seats. looks sick, ports hand finished and blended to seats. Haven’t flow tested but visually the dogleg is hugely improved. Arranged shipping etc and even shipped all the kelford stuff up for me in the same crate I had heads in. The price on CNC is so close to what a lot of places charge for stage 2-3 hand porting. https://horsepowerheads.com Waiting for @Niran to appear in the next few months.
  10. Awesome bunch. Super helpful answer all sorts of question related to build and combinations to make most of everything plus have at least Subaru fans there. Cams Valve beehive spring titanium retainers Over sized Inconel valves
  11. Isn’t it meant to be within 30-40cm so it stays nice and hot. that HPC coating will help. needs to be away from where moisture can settle on it too.
  12. note Fig 183 which covers some of those relays is under automatic transmission even if you have manual transmission.
  13. Yay it’s a relay stuck to the side of a panel Now to find out the part number and what the other relays I have in that panel are.
  14. You have a small boost leak 🔨 also metal ready from POR15 on that belt pulley will clean and stop rust. Zinc phosphoric acid from Bunnings is cheap too.
  15. so I finally got a new battery which died before Xmas. checked fuses. Even swapped some around or replaced for good measure. even swapped the relay IG2 (and IG1) out but where is the accessory relay... http://jdmfsm.info/Auto/Japan/Subaru/Impreza/2008/Impreza WRX STI 2008/contents/data/pdf/wi-18780e.pdf this has it in B426 which is where? and it appears to be big older style one from the pin out at the bottom of the page. there are 5 matching relays on B425 next to the drivers fuse panel. IG1 and IG2 plus three others I have no names for. PS B386 for the blower is in the passengers foot well dead center below and behind glovebox.
  16. http://opposedforces.com/parts/ not really a manual but helps locate and translate some parts and fuse box locations are given.
  17. Not sure why no one has put it but grab a bigger stock intercooler if you can. cheap upgrade and allows you to push the factory turbos a bit more but still keep engine cool and happy. Newer manifolds or NA one flows more so that helps too. But dyno tune it.
  18. They do get fouled up with clutch dust so a clean may keep it going for a while.
  19. The internal relay may have died
  20. You short the spade to the live main cable. Just tap it with screw driver and starter should spin up. it’s an easy test to bypass all the car electrics and see if starter is dead. not ideal and needs to be out of gear and brakes on. plus tiny risks of shock and well fire from sparks.
  21. Isn’t it 12v to the spade terminal that turns on the internal relay. the main big cables should always be live. that’s why the big screw driver rammed in there works. Not ideal but 🤷‍♂️
  22. Switch you can short with paper clip at the plug just for testing. .
  23. Actually top one looks like a mutant Mazda CX-5
