also wud u need link or aftrmarket ecu/fuel management to go to 2.5L block? ended up costing me just over 8k..but everything was f***** in it, crank, bearings etc. so had to replace them. also got forged pstions and replaced things that needed doing eg cambelt tensoiners idlers water pump etc etc. just done over 7000km i think. loving it runs mint. they did a perfect job on it. dont know about the ecu but yeah i think you would need an aftermarket one..

a few months ago my big end went...so i decided to do a full rebuild.. i went to macbilt in grenada north and talked to allister. hes said to be the best for subarus in welllington. they do quite a bit of work for a few cs members too. it all depends on how much you want to spend really. but yeah macbilt were great. easy to deal with and kept me in the loop about everthing . even learnt a bit too lol

yeah should be about 9am. finish work at 8am i think then about an hour to shower etc etc and yeah will be coming back same day not sure about time though. are there some people staying up there over night or something?

i use bp 98 only now. very very rarely 95 . was running it on 95 before my big end went. i know it probably has nothing to do with the fuel but yeah only 98 now.
