Both Cheaper at Supercr@p, comes in small 50g tubes, use sparingly and apply to both sides of the gasket. Clean both surfaces with acetone (nail polish remover) or use Prep-it (or similar pre-paint prep cleaner) before applying.

Get some windscreen sealant and pull the light off then apply that to the light fitting after you have cleaned the parts where you need to apply

It will be a poor earth connection or another non earth wire is being earthed somewhere (not necessarily the speaker or amp wiring either)
