bought a serial link... and an el cheapo laptop off TM to make a tuning laptop. and learn how to do things.
I'll be happy at changing the tune so the car idles at a normal level. (not running Possumlink atm but did plug it in to test)
as with any vehicle, noises there shouldn't be, brakes working etc, belt condition. Can't say much on the engines, bar they have a square crank value for stability and strength with the awesomeness that is diesel.
bought possumlink and under mani intake, okay: parts will compile until my motorbike is with me so I can modify all at once, then get a tune.
Also, IAT and MAP sensor for afm delete tune right?
open rocker cover, get a wrench on the part of the cam designed for it, hold it there, and then with your power bar, just maintain pressure on the bolt(undo direction) in pulses of like 10 seconds, let off, 10 seconds. repeat as needed. and a bit of CRC 556 at it wont hurt either
low beam adjustable, high beam doesn't tend to be: there is also the other potentiality that something else is causing your lights to be too low, how are your front struts?
Drove her for the first time in a week or so.
Thought the steering alignment was out- then looked and saw broken trees and trees leaning over from the wind.
Well finally put the nolathane rear swaybar end link bushes in. Haha what a ****ing awkward job that was. Many grease was used. And took her for a stomp out to picton and back, found a little bit of road that made me get air. Very interesting experience haha.
Bike licence arrived in the mail, will get the new toy on wednesday
ffs lachlan haha.
I found my STi is japanese spec, which is interesting for a New Zealand new car.
computer, speedo, grille... also means OBD2 isn't there
