  3. Hey QRAF, Those were our introductory specials, prices are as follows: 17x8 $1,249 17x9 $1,299 18x8.5 $1,449 18x9.5 $1,549 Price is for a FULL SET (of four) Can do a slight discount for Clubsub members
  4. I had 18x8.5 38 p offset had guard rub in the back (fixed by rolling) - front was sweet (rolled any way)!
  5. Yeah thats what i used. Going to a 18x8.5 with a +35 offset, this will move 5.3mm further away from the strut, with my current clearances and going to a 245 tyre i should be able to maintain enough clearance between the strut and the inside of the tyre. Does this sound about right?
  6. I own a RSK B4 2000 sedan and was looking on trademe for some rims. First choice was DTM KALIBER 18x8.5 and second choice was for a TSR POMONA 18x8.5. Can anyone tell me if its possible to fit these rims on my b4? What if i was to roll my guards would that help? Much thanks in advance.

  8. I\'m finding an 18x8.5 is wide for a ble so on a bh should be interesting
  9. I still like them, if the 17 x 8 has the same dish as those I will still be keen. they are 18 x 8.5 i take it? Yes the 17x8's have the same amount of dish as the 18x8.5 +44 Grids pictured. Will get these up as soon as possible [quote name='ODB said: im just surprised you havent been taken to court yet for so blatantly stealing the CE28 and CR Kai design LOL No doubt about it though your wheels look good. Every single wheel is completely re-designed, blue-printed and put through vigorous tests to ensure strength and durability. I have documents and documents of the produces that Rota go through with every different model produced. All of our wheels are very light weight and we challenge any wheel within the same price range to beat us on wheel weight or performance
  10. http://www.clubsub.org.nz/forum/index.php?topic=30.new;topicseen#new yeah 18x8.5
  11. 18x8.5 fit fine on a GDB. And there are a few decent styles available in 5x100 PCD as well. As said above, anything 5x100 in 9" wide is not easy to come by in NZ.
  12. Crappppp. I am looking at going 18x8.5 on STi struts and Pink springs on my wagon and what I had been looking up it was looking I could get away with that, ah well.

    rims

Im was running 18x8.5 Buddyclub P1 rims with a 235/40/18 Bridgestone RE001 on them. Now they are wrapped in the Michelin full slicks from the Porsche Cup cars....... mmmm yummy. I really need to get some photos of the car now.
  14. my old 04 v9 wrx hatch was on bc gold adjusties and i had 18x8.5 rims on it with 215/40/18 tyres, guards were rolled and i had the adjusties on hard but seemed to do the trick as per pic below
  15. Cheers!! BL/BP are still 5x100. Car is on prova eifel adjustables and wolf s36r 18x8.5 wheels. Its having a slight arguement with the right rear guard
  16. Was looking at getting some shocks and springs for my car and found some bilstein shocks and lowering springs from a BP5 and he was running 18x8.5 215/40 will I run into any issues if I put them on a BL5 running 18x9 225/40
  17. I think you just may have just written that all out for fun. My stud pattern is 5x100. I have found a set a Rota Grids 18x8.5 (and purchased) so will be fitting them early next year.
  18. would these fit ? KATANA K150 18X8.5 5X100 38P
  19. The 18x8.5 is a 44p offset, perfect to clear everything and is no trouble on a 225/40 tyre (which are nice and common, which also means cheap!) We've got the new Rota G-force in this fitment in stock at present too Any enquires please don't hesitate to ask. [email protected] 0800 ROTA4U
  20. Does it have to be Rota? I\'ve got some Buddyclub p1\'s in 18x8.5 with a Subaru friendly offset. Clears brembos. Can supply a pic if you want - rims are in the signature pic below. I\'m in the market for 18x10
  21. Conversely I had 225/40/18s on 18x8.5 +42 offset and it rubbed in the rear.
  22. Ok sounds like guard rolling will help so if i go 18x8.5 what tyres should i run? And offset?
  23. 225/40 would be it I reckon, although good for comfort my 225/45s were to tall on my 18x8.5s
  24. Before and After - Rota Grid 18x8.5 with Sunny 225/40R18 Tyres and rolled guards.
