Hey,

Ive just bought a vf22 for my v7 wrx non sti and i was wondering what else would i need to get the most out of the vf22? injectors?fuel pump?reflash.. Im planning on reflashing it and getting a front mount intercooler installed as well.

The car is mainly used for daily driving and street use. Kinda chasing 220 or 230ish kwatw if possible

full exhaust

bigger fuel pump

retune

(since u already getting intercooler)

easy as man!

mine got 220kw at wheels with thoes mods described above

if u want to get more, be best to sort the injectors as well since the 440cc ones in the car may be running pretty much max if u push more

and extractors, i realised what the different it made with the extractors and without one. unless you still like the rumble

on my vf22 without the extractor i find it to be very laggy and not very responsive especially down low, once i put it back on i got all my low end power and responses is Osum.

i noticed it with Adrian's car also on the way to Megameet last weekend that his is very responsive.

its a cheap mod for the extra power and response especially for people with vf22

its not that much of a difference - couple of hundred rpm at best from the few cars i have driven with the mod done. i dunno man, the rumble still is worth more than a few hundred rpm IMO

plust the standard heasers work ok to even up to 250kw so not like they restrict too much power.. but then again if u really wanted to squueze every last bit of any setup then yea why not 8)

but if u had a limited budget then a TBE and pump and retune will be the best $$ spent hands down

yeah i agree with you there pappu. but to me it made a huge different on my GC8 but being a GD you got the advantage of the AVCS heads which helps to spolls the turbo up alot faster then the GC8.

its going to be my standard mod to my car in the same group as exhaust and air filter

      Afternoon team,
im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket.
Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.

Cheers in advance for any info and help yous maybe able to give me.

      Cheers Shaun
