That is such a bad way to talk to customers, and if his Wife does have cancer that is no excuse to not front up with the correct parts or take 2 minutes to deposit your money.

I think I rang them when looking for parts for a single on a BH, he said he had the parts but something sounded off so didn't use him.

He has a good size yard by the looks of it on google street view and maps.

And yes they should understand versions but most do ask for year, its a pain in the ass.
