Want to unlower my WRX

I got a new WRX and one of the last things I want to do is un-lower it because I don't like the ride. I really like the ride the standard springs provide.

I've got a 1995 WRX. Which WRX models can I get the springs off?

How much would it cost to have the springs swapped over? Is it maybe easy to do at home? Will I need an alignment done afterwards?

You can do it yourself, just need some spring compressors. If you mark the position of the camber

bolts, you won't need an alignment... but perhaps the alignment is bad now contributing to your handling problems? How low is it currently? what is the problem exactly?

I think i still have a set of stock 97 GF8 Springs sitting around

You can have them if you pay postage which (if you are in the north island) will be about $24

i have some stock springs from a v7 non sti, you can have them for free if you pick them up, i'm in hamilton

I too have a set of standard springs, mine are for a V5 STI RA.

& you will need an alignment just when you can afterwards too as even though you have marked the camber bolts, you've altered the toe just by removing the strut assembly & also raising it
