my ej20t is running a VF10 turbo (complety stock engine), now is it sweet to keep this and turn up the boos a lil bit? or whats some options do i have on a small budet.. also want a aftermarket intercooler..

dont wona kill the engine but its not really boosty lol , the gauge also says 8Psi!

how much is a lil bit??....there are such things as dynamic chips that can "safely" up the boost to 15-16psi...it isnt really safe on stock engine but you could do that and then buy a boost tap and turn it down to around 10-11psi...people may doubt using dynamic chips but end of the day it depends on your driving style and how boost happy you are...dynamic race chips were around $200 installed...then buy a good boost tap for around $150-$200 or you can buy the good ones second hand for around $100-150...probly work out cheaper than buying a front mount...

I have no idea...I have been running the chip in my RS for a while and it seems to be going fine. It's not the chip to doubt id say the driver and how many times he/she applys boost..also probly the cheaper and more safer(to a certain degree) way to go...cheap and performance don't mix too well so maybe thats also part of the doubt?? i dunno

even try a vf8 turbo from a rs, i had psi up 2 12psi with full exhaust bov pod filter and intake done, went hard ;D and now im running stock again and miss the12psi,just run that and should be mint

yeah got told the vf8 is bigger then the 10 but ive been looking around but cant find any!!!

It is bigger, and they are getting harder to find as people just bin them.

better keep mine then when the TD05 goes on....its still mint to no play which is abit of a shock to me...
