Failed WOF today

To be rude and not read any of this thread apart from the poster himself. take it to another wof place that's a bit more lets say cruiser then others???

sorry just reading over the post and see you are taking it to another place well done!! my 05 sti is 95 off the ground but gets by ever time due to it not being placed in the hands of anal power hungry old farts that there model T ford can pass but my cant.. honest! is every vtnz run by 50 year olds?

sever thing of wofs???? what the!!!!! who have you been talking to? i will just say no and let you do some research into that because it will lead you down a very fun path of what you can and cant get away with if you hide it right and mod it rite....NOW this in IMO..not of this club... but lets face it.... get arounds are awesome when you don't have to pay for modding you car and getting away with certs, geeeee pay enuff to mod it due to the nature of that mod and its hidden exterior is IMO awesome Heheheh.. i feel i when down a moral path i should of let lie until i meet some of you lol

That made F all sense to me... if you modify something do it right. dont fuck around. and dont cut corners. simple. no point trying to hide something.. you'l get caught out some day...

completely agree with you 100% no doubt to your truth, but if you made F all sense to my post you replied like you know what im on about ? almost a comprehensive reply to everything that i enlightened to this post if you can read behind the lines

the TT-ST conversion wont come under how much power it puts out.. it comes under modified motor.. as in you messed with it.. its not factory aka TT.. but at the same time you could have said its the factory turbo.. you just took off the other one.. my cert plate says modified motor,fmic etc.. guess it comes back to who did the cert and if he can be stuffed typing in the details lol

who ever did your wof is brave lol... if ltsa pick up on it since the fail would already be in the system the garage who passed your car could lose there licence..

ALL WOFS are inputted into the system and are logged at to pass/fail and if fail what for.

SOOOOO if your car fails and then u have it passed at another place then YES the second place can go for a skate.

If your car fails then it SHOULD fail at all wof places BUT this does not seem to be the case

Sometimes some WOF places that fail you first time did the assessment wrong... and are complete F**ktards

I once had a Honda that got pinged for aftermarket Muffler being too loud... and failed Wof...

BING BONG it was factory... nothing was changed on it as it was a honda Jazz...

Went to another place, passed then went and got my money back form onroad... they repaid it when I provided enough proof of the mistake on their assessors part

i got pulled ova in town a while back @ like 1am.. was just cruisin home from a mates got the breath test first.. which was a pass since i dont drink (protein shakes and beer dont mix) then i got to sit on the side of the road for about 45min while i got wat looked to be a full wof inspection.. only problem was i do it for a living lol.. cars got wof,rego,full cert and exhaust cert... the joys of bein on the right side of the law is.... peice of mind when you do get pulled over...

sorry i know off topic but...

any of you got a primary up-pipe laying around after your single conversion? mine is leaking and hoping to pick one up on here asap

am in welly, and its for a 96 BD5, stock standard

am running it through for warrant monday, wont have up-pipe fixed by then so will see if they pick it up or not.

will be replaced asap ( by Ichi Ban) just need to find one... send me a PM if you have one your willing to part with + price ( an shipping if not local)

      Afternoon team,
      im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket. 
      Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.
