hey guys i won an auction for a vf29 through buyout last tuesday.

got an email later that day from the guy with bank account and shipping details.

so i made payment on the thursday but havent heard back from the guy since( a week). whats my options?

Whats the TM users account name?

follow up with a 'whats going on email'.

check you sent replies to the correct email address

check your junk mail

wait til after the weekend and inform trade me.

Also have a quick look through his feedback (if any) and see if it's a regular thing.

i have been checking my email, double checked reply addresses.

been checking junk email

and ok sounds reasonable. i will wait till monday if no reply

and there had been no bad comments about things he had sold

that trader has had a few 'did not completes' and 'very slow to complete trades'.

check their feedback again

How do you search trademe members?

trademe says gota wait 7 working days. so i'll try again tomorrow

see, some patience sometimes helps. Glad you got the items in the end. Id be leaving a blue face personally - this user has had feedback similar to your case before and its down right irritating

yeah it does. if he had of replied back saying it will be a few days i wouldnt have minded. its just the whole no response so i was just thinking along the worse lines

3 days for payment to clear, 3 days to ship - things do take time

I still remember my 1st "sell", buyer wanted to know why it was not there the next day! (the day immediately after winning the auction)
