Black number plates and Headlight covers

Anyone notice the plates on this auction? Are they legal?

My old car. Nope not legal.. really all they can make you do is change them back to the original. Just say you didnt know they were illegal. The dude i sold it too got the black plates made in germany i think..

I got the headlight covers from a place called Airplex industries..

Theyr all air bags... theyve fuckt with the set-up since i had also... the front went lower than what it can now..

They are designed for 'show use'... although i never had any problems with the cops.. They advise you to remove them when driving at night also...

yeah they are legal,tint shops sell them and the guy that worked there told me they were,then he told me the price lol

what is Laz : the plates aren't and neither are the Light covers...

but yes ppl do get away with them on the road

If the brightness still met the required amount of light etc for a warrant I cant see why they would ban them.

Daytime driving there should be zero problem as obviously lights aren't needed, unless they just outright ban having them installed day or night.

Haha they blocked out alot of light... i took them out for driving at night..

Some connected to a small servo would be nice so when you turn the car off they slide up from the bottom of the lamp where it joins the bumper.

yup both the light covers and number plate are illegal for road use, can be installed for shows/while parked up

As has been mentioned they are illegal but some get away with it, until something happens then as your car was not up to wof standards your insurance company will have an out clause

Would of been... Because when i found out about them i asked this big islander in a ford xr8 where he got them from. Thats when i went and checked out their website.
