a couple of legacy related questions

hi there i have 1993 bg5 twin turbo legacy and i have been having issues with code 45 and 66 at the moment i have code 45 loged and it sometimes doesnt boost and wont boost uphills i have got another bbod i can put it or would it be easier to just pull the solenoids out and replace them?

also second question when i got the car the clutch pedal never returened right the way out and is very heavy we pulled the pedal out and found the bush in the pedal has gone and it was metal on metal and had worn out almost now have replaced the bush but it still doesnt return all the way would something under the bonnet be causing this as when i drive my dads bg5 legacy it is quite light in comparison

well i have code 45 logged but its doing the same as if i had code 66 logged on the CEL system in some gears it boosts in some it doesnt and up hill you can be boosting it and it just lets the presure go and the engine light comes on shortly after

95 would put 98 but yeah im living in thames and we dont have that for about 30 or 40 mins driving

also another question everytime i stop and start i get a click noise would that be the diff or sumthing it definatley sounds like its coming from the front
