Avg Fuel Consumption question

Reset anyway, check if the codes there in a weeks time. Could be an old code (dunno how long they last though)

And 13.4L/100K that's not THAT bad, i get that when driving with total and purposeful disregard for fuel economy... Were you driving economically, or with a lead foot? If that's the lead foot figure, nothing to worry bout. The best i've seen the GTB get was 12.5L/100K btw.

was driving economy - was using feather like accelerator control ensure that the i got the most out of it, first time i got the car was lead footed and only got around 260km lol

for some reason i used to get really good km out of using 91 on my 91 wagon - manual - no mods except a pod blow off and legnum vr4 muffler

easily in the 500's per tank ..

my mate has recently got a v5 wrx and doed 550 per tank of normal driving... bloody good i must say!!!

My '01 GTB gets 10 litres per 100km. I have measured every tank since purchased- over 30 000 kms. The best was 9, the worst 11, but on average 10.05l/100km. This is on 95. When I run 98 it uses 10.8 on average. So for me it doesn't make sense to pay more per litre and then have 10% decreased efficiency as well. Therefore I buy 95. Is this not the same for you as well?

At the end of last week, both my cars were due a fill so insted i stuck 10 litres in each to see what mileage i would get in my 92 NA wagon i got 97kms before light came on with 91 and in my WRX got 93kms(not boosting much) using 95...

It seems i'm getting less mileage then most, which dunedin hill could contribute to that!

Though my wagon getting that kind of economy is alarming esp when i only still have it as a run around and "supposedly" to save me some $$ ::)

      Afternoon team,
im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket.
Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.

Cheers in advance for any info and help yous maybe able to give me.

      Cheers Shaun
