Wellington anniversary weekend in Paraparumu

any body gonna be around ?? will be there from tomorrow arvo ( friday 20th jan ) till tuesday ( partners Nans funeral )

The only 2 reason's I'd have to go to Pram, would be a) play golf, or b) travel north.. haha.. don't stop too often.

Come down to Wellington and I'm sure we can organise an impromptu get together, just don't do it Saturday as there's some family shindig going on or something, so I hear..

Would be a good excuse to get out and about on Monday though

haha, ive still never been over paekok hill, always have the missus in the car when im up that way and she doesn't like me driving "spiritedly" & TBH id rather do it solo when i finally get a go at it lol

i only discovered Wendys was up there at Christmas so got a baconator combo on the way back, was awesome, they need to sort the cups out though, damn, i didn't expect a large combo to be that LARGE! cup only fits about 1cm into cup holder hahaha

perhaps an idea for one of the next meets? a drive over the hill & up to paraparam to wendys/ whatever else takes your fancy up there

sorry to hijack your thread and turn it about wendys,

should be a few people lurking around id imagine - Mike & Debz aren't too far away from pram just down the coast a touch, and the rest of us are spread out between pram & welly, if something ends up happening in town ill probably be keen for a bit of a cruise or something

As Mike and I are attending a lunch time function today and not sure what time we will be home we thought it safer to say coffee at ours at 4pm.
