My mum paid 8 and a half for her '98 728i 4dr-220k kms on the clock

I'd say anywhere between high fours and sixes, probably 7 and a half with the low ks.

less than that, I just helped a mates customer sell hers, only a 320i with 180kms on it, wof and reg about to run out and needed a rear diff, she got $750, guy who bought it said its probably worth $2k finished

Asked at work .. face value on that car between 4 ta 4500 if in good nic inside and out given that it a 96 (trademe) .. a dealer would probs offer 1000 to 1500 trade in value .. would also depending if it has the common issuse that these cars have ...
