He was waiting for the chicken, but anyway, you may have some perforated hoses, check them all, and check their connectors, make sure there's no damage to them. Do a flush of everything, do an oil change, and replace oil filter. Coolant everywhere it sounds like buggered hoses.

hahahaha i was choosing what to have for tea lol. had a new radiator and flush coolant and pressure bleed the system just before xmas . left the car running with heaters hot and radiator cap off till heaters where hot and no more air bubbles coming to top. it was coming out of the coolant overflow tank.

Coolant pressurising out the overflow normally means blowen head gasket - cylinder pressures are pressurising coolant - did u Give her a rev with ye cap off ? Normally a blowen head gasket will push water out when you rev it

no i didnt give her a rev. ive had coolant ome out the overflow once before and the radiator was 40% blocked. replaced it just before xmas time. ive bin told to check my waterpump as it may have seized or started to that may have caused the coolant to flow out?

A seized water pump would snap the can belt - a water pump with all the fins corroded away will cause major over heating untill the point where the water boils - expands and blows out the overflow

When the cars at operating temp - ad heater is hot - is your bottom radiator hose hot ? If the top hose is hot ad bottom is cold it sounds like a thermostat that's not opening - which would cause over heating

If top and bottom hose are hot - and cara still over heating I would be looking at either electric fans aren't working (obvious to tell) - or head gasket could be pood

Remember the stock temp gauge is basically useless - water temp can get upto near 100 degrees and the gauge still says its at operating temp

i think you should check all your hoses thoroughly and check all your water lines that run across the block because they can corrode over time and leak. happened to my cousin. if all is sweet check if radiator is blocked. run till normal operating temp and check that both end tanks are hot. this will determine whether your radiator is blocked. also if you want you can pull out the thermostat and and put it in some boiling water to see if its operating normally or not. i somehow doubt its headgasket but hey thats just my hunch :D

cheers muhammad

He said he replaced radiator - and like I said if top hose hot and bottom hose cold it means thermostat isn't opening - could also mean radiator blocked but he said he replaced

Also a water leak will not puah water out the overflow

      Afternoon team,
im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket.
Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.

Cheers in advance for any info and help yous maybe able to give me.

      Cheers Shaun
