yeah well my hope is that the remap and a straight through down pipe should compensate for any potential lag from the bigger turbo.

What about injectors what is my best bet there guys?

what about the V8? same injectors? Also I am told that I could get 565cc "sti pink" ones? whats the deal there?

Yeah sweet fuck all. Easiest difference I use to tell the difference is the centre console dials. If theyre 3 in a row it's a 9, if the middle one is slightly lower then it's the 8

what do you guys think about my idea of doing a full turbo back exhaust system but retaining the stock muffler for appearence sake?

kind of sense less cause the exhaust tip would restrict it. maybe just do downpipe if you want to retain factory tip. just get a 3" inlet/outlet tip if youre worried. what size is factory exhaust on these? 2.5" seems to yield results.

u can put in pinks and they will straight fit

the blues are 440cc and will support ur power goals

if u want stock appearence u can get a hi flow type unit that looks stock

i had similar and was quiet as but flowed almost as good as my cannon

i can ask the guy i got mine from if he has more

I'm pretty sure there's a silver V8 or 9 hatch with an STI front conversion on TM at the moment (and I'm pretty sure the seller thinks it's standard, can't remember).

ah really? cos I dont mind a little bit louder than stock but I dont want something noticibly loud and want stock as possible appearance. Bassically I want a fast stock looking/sounding (as possible) V8/v9 WRX hatch.

or second hand ones for like 150-200
