Need some help.

Hey guy's i have a problem with my slave cylinder i have just put it all together lubed up all the pipe's cleaned them etc... bleed all the line's but when i push the clutch in it doe's not come back up?!? it's a hydraulic clutch system and i have spent hour's scratching my head into what the cause is.. maybe a faulty slave cylinder? has someone had this problem before? or have any tip's?

mine had a leaking hose which led to pedal sticking to the floor etc, or your seals might be gone ? bleed it real good, i wasted a whole bottle until i learned how to bleed it properly :-[

mine was slipping anyway so gave me a reason to change it finally :

is the return spring on the gearbox there, should go from the front of the bell housing to the lever,

also sometimes you need to remove the slave cylinder to bleed it properly, remove the slave cylinder, angle the the slave cylinder so the bleed nipple is at the top then bleed the system, reinstall the cylinder and the spring and you should be sweet

Sounds like you has air in de system.

yes the spring is there the clutch engage's fine it seem's to be relly tight for the piston to return i can engage it but when i push the fork to make it release and push the pedal back up it's really tight any suggestion's?

i got it running today and took it for a boost and it's running fucking mean but for some reason it won't go in first gear it's really tight the clutch is not engaging properly it's going to the floor and comming out a little bit but it's working so i don't know what else to do how to i fix this

when I replaced my slave I was having the same problem. after bleeding it about 5 times and the pedal only returning halfway i noticed that the fork was only depressing the slave halfway aswell. so when i bleeed it again i pushed the fork back as far as it would go with my hand. if you haven't already tried that give it a go
