Oil Temps vs Engine Coolant Temps

I dont trust my oil temp sender on my gauge and haven't got a proper oil temp sender in my sump yet, wondering if anyone has logged their car and can tell me how long your oil temp takes to get up to normal operating temps compared to engine coolant temp.

With light driving under 3000rpm and not boosting my ECT is up to about 85deg within 5-6mins.

My oil temp was 60ish degrees when water was warm. Oil took another 3-5 Mins to get to 80

5 mins for coolant to hit 88. Oil is at 60 by that point. Hits 88 after another 5-10 mins depending on load.

Well if you want to compare your gauge, my gauge says the following (sender in oil filter sandwich plate):

Takes me the time between starting my car in the garage to getting to paremata round about to get to above 50 degrees, past second porirua offramp heading south to get to operating temp (~80 degrees).

~6L in there.

You will need to install gull wing doors for effect, and also make it fly, just in case when you get there, there isn't any roads.
