My old V2 did the same thing on full throttle...never really sorted it but learnt to drive around it by letting boost build without flooring it..

u can get a gauge tool at most supercheap/repco type stores and sometimes even the staff there can show u how to if u ask nicely and its not busy

get a boost tap and adjust to 11 and run that way for no i suppse to curb the boost cut feature

Cheers for all the helpfull answers appreciate it will go down to super cheap and get the tool just to confirm in my last post that the spark plugs are the right ones

Do not ever listen to supercheap. What people are saying above is correct. -11 is the wrong gap. Buy the standard plugs not pregapped which will be 9ish by memory been a while though and gap them. Cheaper to buy a feeler guage for $5 while youre there than pay someone to do it for you.

Right right will be I was just on there site and I put in the name of plug it just brung. Up -11 is all

Half the time it will also tell you you NEED platinum plugs which conveniently cost 15 times as much (or whatever)

Ignore it - for a stock car big gap is generally fine, add 20 years of age and wound up boost and they need a smaller gap to not get blown out under boost

Cool stock it is ill go with 0.8 gap see how it goes ill get a Tap as well just in case if anyone\'s around lower or uppers with a 3 port boost solenoid wanna meet up this arvo so I can check out how my hosing see if its all correct and see where my final 2 unused hose nipples go to

Got the bkr6e plugs was told they come pre to 0.8 but brought gauge regardless just incasr damn near cost the same as all 4 plugs shocker lol
