Installation of a baby seat

In a BG5 legacy wagon can you use either the mount on the back of the rear seat or one of the cargo rings on the boot floor to tether a baby seat to?

The only one I found was in regards to a post 2000 impreza. Wasn\'t sure if it was relivant for a 1995 legacy.

ring subaru? some cutting may be necessary of hood lining? /Idontknow have spare Legacy we can cut and find out?

You cant use one of the tie down points in the wagon boot unless you mount one of the metal tags you get from a baby store. Has to be a metal bolt to bolt it down too.

There are no bars under the seats in the older version i dont think (the BH5 doesnt anyway) i think these were only introduced after 2001 and only in some models (not just subaru)

You can use the seatbelts as the legacys have some of the longest which is what we use. We use it with the locking tab which comes with the seat, on our sons seat.

On our daughters we just use it as a booster as shes tall enough so the seat belt is used as normal but looped around the seat as per manufact instruc.

Try the far rear roof support. Plastic trimwhere the door hinge for the rear hatch is

So basically I can remove one of the cargo loops and replace it with the loop that came with the baby seat?

I had to drill a hole in the boot of my Alto and fit a rather large nut, bolt and washer with the loop. I don\'t really want to go down that path if I can avoid it.

you cant use the lops man its not gonna hold your baby in the same place read the post i posted that is the right place
