Help car wont fire!! West AKL 92 BC5

hello im looking for somebody in the west auckland area to help me out... i just replaced the long block in my 92 bc5 r.s hooked everything back up , now i cant start the car with the key , cel code indicates its the starter switch or circuit. but then when i arc the starter motor it turns over, turns over and sounds like it really wants to start but just wont fire!! :-X shouldnt be any probs with injectors or coils. can anybody come over and help me out?? i have original block (closed deck) out of car and 2 and half inch str8 thru from turbo exhaust for anybody who can get it running

fuel lines are pumping fuel into the intake manifold i took the line off and gas pissed out... i took coil of a spark plug put another spark plug in and it sparked. i replaced all plugs with brand new before putting new block in. block is out of 99 forester , yes using all my original stuff on this block

Check to see if you have 12v down the exciter wire to the starter motor to start with, If not work your way back making sure you have voltage to the ignition switch to the alarm (if you have one).

Double check basics Ie: fuel lines are the right way around, injectors are plugged in properly, coil pack(s) and ignitor are plugged in correctly, plus check cam and crank angle sensors as ECU needs this info to start engine.

1. no I detached the loom from the manifold.

2. i dont have a power tester to check if that wire is getting 12v. atm.

3. all lines, plugs and sensors are checked and are fine.

4. all earths are bolted down tight.

5. dont think plugs are flooded as they are brand new but will check.

ANYBODY IN WEST AUCKLAND CAN COME HELP?? appreciate any input

Also there are 2 different oil pump drive pulleys, they randomly change them, the only way to find out is to check to see if it\'s the same, You should be getting a CEL, if you have spark and fuel but it just not starting i\'d suspect Cam or Crank sensors.

did you use the crank sprocket and cam pulley from your old engine or new engine? if you are using the new ones than fit the cam pulley and crank sprocket from the old engine. the pickup from the crank and cam might not be compatible with the ecu, hence wrong signal from pickup to ecu and firing at a wrong time. thats why its throwing ignition codes.

      Afternoon team,
      im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket. 
      Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.
