gf8 v6 wrx turbo manual clutch pedal only half retracting

I have brought a 1999 gf8 wrx and noticed that the clutch pedal only retracts half way old owner told me he had recently put a new clutch i

Took it to a mechanic to instal a new slave cyl and a master kit and a good bleed and was sweet for a day then went back to half way retracting

Then i replaced the fork spring and it was better then it went crap agai

Got a rebleed was sweet then jumped in it ths morning and its doing it again

Question now is what do i do? Its not leaking anywhere only thing i can think is its geting air somehow or the new slave is sad

they are a pain to bleed correctly, thats for sure. had the cylinders been cleaned/honed?

anyway, just have a look at the slave: without removing the cylinder, peel back the rubber seal and see if its filled with fluid?

how many bleed points do you have? some clutches have another circuit that runs around the firewall just to dampen vibration

Yeah i will go out and check it im sure it only has 1 point and i think it does have pipes runing along the fire wall

spring on the clutch fork . inline with slave cylinder

Replaced that already was alright then went crap again

Clutch pedal arm is worn.out. the pin that goes through the hole that holds the master cyl to the clutch pedal arm slowly hones out that hole on the pedal arm and causes a notch for that pin to seat in so the pedal gets stuck on the notch on return because it can\'t pivot

Will have a look tonight come to rhink of it think my old 93 legacy had that pedal problem
