Dirty duel mass

Ok so I definatly have a duel mass flywheel and its shot (along with my clutch) I need to fix it obviously but want a lightweight flywheel.

Can anyone here tell me if a the std lightweight options and clutch kits will work inplace of my duel mass settup? Non of the distributors can tell me if they will work

It's a 2005 GT legacy (turbo 5 speed) Japan import.

Yes best time to change it out is when the clutch is naffed.. So just to be clear... Any similar year Subaru flywheel/clutch combo will fit and work within the turbo 5 speed series?

Yes if your push or pull clutch but if matched will work. Should be pull

Can anyone tell me how I can find out if my clutch is push or pull type?

I had this same question yesterday. Take a look under your bonnet. If there are two reservoirs then you have hydraulic clutch (push type). One is the brake.
