Lost immobilizer

Lost my key fob immobilizer on my driverway or in my engine bay and holy **** 3 of us cant find it anywhere, been searching for half hour. I dont have any spares and now I cant start my car. How do I get around this problem? who do I call? Car is a skyline. Suck too bcuz I just finished swapping out a gearbox and dident even make it out the driveway before stalling the car, wouldn't start so I went to jump start it again and during this time the key fob slid off the key chain which sucks so bad cuz really was looking forward to driving her again!!! PISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!

You'll need an auto sparky, and it'll probably turn into a "rip the alarm out completely" kinda job... unless the alarm is a complete piece of ****, in which case you may as well rip it out anyway.

Pro tip, if you ring a sparky or alarm installer and say "I lost my immobilizer" they will think you're a bit odd since the immobilizer is the bit that lives in your car, not the key fob.

you can get new ones for most & re code them to work

thanks for advice, I had a hole in my pants and it fell through the hole and was in by my feet, found it this morning while getting ready to shower. Car is working so neat to have her back. Where do I get a dupe made for this key fob? prob alot cheaper than the latter consequence.

if you're in auckland pop in to Mister Minit Sylvia Park, if its after market car alarm they can replace remote. or as above someone mentioned remove the whole system.

yea we still dont know what you're trying to get a copy of, aftermarket alarm? OEM fob? etc, more info better answers
