Upgrade???

Hey guys i have a 97wrx wagon, wantn to upgrade it as i got some yellow tips and orange sticker afm and bought a v4 sti 6s ecu from trademe, i wacked it all today but it wouldnt fire?? wanted to but just wouldnt quite go, is ther anything else i need to do to get this combination working??? i put all my old injectors AFM and ecu back in and it still wont go just pissn fuel out from somewhere??

i thought that to but crankn it over its pisses out fuel underneath but round the injectors are dry so somewhere it is leaking lol, just wondrn if ive split a pipe, but yellow tips and a orange AFM with a sti comp should work fine shouldnt they???

you have a fuel leak somewhere - gool luck finding it - you may have pinched a pipe putting your manifold back on..

and yes those mods should do you nicely - Be careful with the turbo you are running though - It should be a TD04, and it wont cope with high boost. anything over about 14psi.

Next mod wud be to go larger turbo - VF23, or VF22, maybe a 28, a few possibilties there. Do your research.

bg id say 96 sound right?? with the E orange airflow 90mm inlet roundabout and a 6S V4 sti comp, i can only take the guys word of trademe for that if it really is from a v4 sti, i put all that in and it was flooding itself fillin 1-2 with fuel,

Yep got a 04 at the mo but its bein exchanged for a vf23 n i got the yellows and the orange AFM for free so bought the comp, not to fussed buying a type R soon but would be nice to spice up the wrx before flickn it off

found where the fuel was coming from...the manifold it was dumping it into the manifold lol, but cleared all the cylinders and maniflod still wont start so gona see if its putting out any fault codes i guess take it from there,

hey guys i am new to the subaru scene so i have a 98 wrx wagon and if i did the same as UH-1H has done as in replace the injectors to yellow ones and change the sti comp as long as they are installed properly the car should start straight away with out any problems?

and also if i upgraded my factory wrx top mount intercooler to a sti top mount would it improve my performance?

is a STI typr R ECU better ot a STI ra ECU better for upgrade from a standard WRX ECU....?

haha found what was wrong just badly flooded gave it a push start the other day n she popped into life lol, just on the point of being to much fuel left in there even tho i drained it all so the yellows, comp and airflow should work now lol

      Afternoon team,
      im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket. 
      Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.
