Explosive disposal

I've just harvested the front passenger airbag dashboard cover to replace the one in my car that is covered in glue and boy racer emblems. I'm left with a canister of unexploded airbag explosive. What's the best way to get rid of it, aside from a Guy Fawkes stunt? Free to a good home in Auckland, BTW.

it people like you who i fear!! ive had HG on the sorter, is a bit*h to fix some things that it can cause Gggggrrr

please put a few HG stickers on it so it can be sorted safely!! (some grades if not most can be sent via courier)

Gawd yes, I hear from the truckies when retail stores hide/cover the hazard stickers. I hear it's huuuuuuuuge fines if they are caught with hazardous material and it's not listed.
