Does this vin code mean my wrx is a v limited?

Hours of searching and i am stil confused iv got a source below where i got this info and my car loooks exactly like da pic on typera.co.uk

Im confused as i have all the things it says the limited has like sti gold rims, FIA chamion emblem 95 on seats, vented brakes, and is the world rally blue but i cnt find the emblem with the what number it is eg 34/1000. i havnt looked what turbo yet but it goes alright.

Any help would be great as i am cluless

I wouldn't worry to much, technically its not a vltd unless you got the plate thingys (which could have been taken out)

and you engine code chassis code an gearbox code doesn't match the V Ltd car either

I was told that this car was hugely popular at around v2 and they couldn't keep up with demand so its possible your car was assembled as a v ltd but they didn't have the other parts to complete it or its possible the site isn't all that correct

for example my car is a 555 ltd engine an box but the car is a v2 sti non555 gf8 wagon

It will have a td05 turbo id say which is a good turbo an the ej20g are quite a strong engine to

according to ltsa an subaru service center my car isn't even a wrx lol an they had the cheek to tell me it wasn't an sti by any means, then I nicely pointed out the factory engine code an the sti goodies it has to him

mines a v5 wrx v-limited #539/1000

mine also has 555 blue v-limited seats. ive heard there very rare so im guessing they would only come out in the v-limited..then again some one could have put them in them selves...

you can usually tell if its non sti v-limited coz it will have the sti goodies in it (so ive heard) e.g pink shocks yellow injectors mabye a different afm?

slystiguy - mine doesn't have any of the plate either.. but is a v limited sti v3 wagon. They are a pain in the arse to identify if someone took the xxx/xxxx plaque off.

Mine has the normal ej20k of sti era, no fancy gearbox, as per the spec normal STI came out with.

this is a actrual press release for the car in japan. it was in a brochure.

My car looks exactly like page 2 with seats wheels and eerything. the guy b4 me said that it had been painted so maybe dat y there no badge on back tho? but yea tel me wat u think

Yeah I would presume yours is a WRX V-LTD, non STi. If yours has the black intercooler then I don't think it's an STi unfortunately.
