That's a horror amount of error tho

I had a hks mechanical one and it was so deadly accurate

I always thought electrical ones were more accurate

Even the autogauage ones are a accurate

Wats the big idea abt the DEFI being so sickly inaccurate

It's fairly big man - up to 3 psi out in the old money

If I was running 22 and my gauge said I was running 25

Lol I Wud look like a knob claiming 25 psi out of my vf30 or whatever

And secondly if the gauge was saying I'm running that hi I Wud be panicking and turning it down a bit say 3-4 Les and aiming for 20/21 but in real effect due to gauge error I Wud be 17 ish

Lol anyway that's what I think - get a gauge that's accurate (ish) or keep a crystal ball for boost readings

Im sure others maybe ok with having the error reading - each to heir own eh Bo

Ps. What gauge do u run?

I Always rely on the map sensor reading off be ecu to get boost level indication as end of the day that's what the ecu will use

Whats the deal with defI gauges reading inaccurate ? Whats the point in having a boost gauge that reads wrong ? There is no point ha ha . . . For the price of a defI you would expect it to be accurate to the 0.01 of a bar
