mate is wanting to know where his is, i thort it was by the washer bottle, but it isnt on his 2000 model, he has the part, black tank with the 2 pipes off it

all bh and be legacys have there fuel filters in the tank. its a cartridge type

r2626p should be the ryco part number

ow and if you get one from repco they will scam you over $90

when i went to get one for my 01 rsk i was told they dont have one , just rely on the sock on the pump in the tank.!!!

filter IS in tank - drivers side with pump assembly

Note make sure tank is LESS than 1/2 full when changing otherwise fuel goes everywhere !

Genuine cost for filter and O'ring is $40 odd from memory (refitting the filter outer steel case is tricky to get on right , will cause poor drivability problems if you get it wrong )

yup in the same unit as the fuel pump

basically you pull the fuel pump out and change the filter.

ow and make sure you have not got a full tank

under half and you shouldnt get wet
