Stolen evo5

Stolen this morning in Glenfield/Wairau. Custom front interior door skins and boost gauge in the right hand airduct. Minor engine mods, custom turbo intake pipe wit POD and crankcase breather on rocker cover. Blitz type RS BOV. Battery is slightly moved from its original position.

...the more people that know that cars are being stolen / looking out for them the better.

List them by make etc with big pics on it.

Click on the car and it geo tags the car. Realtime map of car sightings will almost guarantee finding.

your entitled to your 2c... but does carjam have push-notifications, enable real time reported sightings of a stolen car etc?

idea of the app would be - you set your area and you can choose to have notifications turned on or off etc, up to date info on what cars have been stolen etc, and being able to report sightings etc... the more people that know about a car being stolen the more eyes there are looking for it to get it back to the owner.

its just an idea, there are apps for alot more useless stuff than stolen cars.

Lol it's a good idea, but imagine push notifications on all stolen vehicles, my data cap would go out the window! but a gallery of regos/photos/known whereabouts would be sweet

you'd be able to choose your area - auckland / chch / dunedin / welly etc and only get notifications for users in that aread that were loaded... and youd have the choice of notifications on or off, (same concept as most apps, where you can choose to have them on or off)

still in the planning stages, might not eventuate to anything, all i know is there is waaay to many cars going missing and doing anything is better than nothing
