Not all sensors tell you they have a fault with them, some just lie and pretend to work.

What\'s your tune held on? Ebc? Ecu? Link? It shouldn\'t just reset to no memory on a no power situation

It\'s like a gameboy chip. Should retain your save game. If you\'re really worried, ask your tuner

just had a quick skim of the manual. cheers for the link. def the front o2 sensor that had been changed. one last question how do I see where the front a f sensor is? manual isn\'t clear

On the v7 it\'s on the drivers side collector area of the extractors just before the up pipe

U can see it if look down by the air box area or just get under car

The 02 wire plugs in the drivers strut tower with the other big plug

Ok so if they reflected then they can check code

V7 Ecu will not Cel and have no code

Get it scanned again

Get the code and start from there

If they changed o2 then was it the right model cos the v7 one is different to the gc8 one I u see the part numbers

Do a runnin scan and see if the o2 is reading right

At idle should be round the 14.47 mark and be going up and down around that number

Start there

Also is this a Nz new or import v7?

can it do ecu damage?
