Cert's

Hi all

Can anyone recommend a place to get a cert from? I have just scored a 535i bmw running a small block chev in it ;D

Any help would be great..

sounds like one of ND\'s cars hahs, Juniors customs in wingate do them. I got my car done at vechicle compliance lower hutt, ken mcadams but he wont let anything slip through.

The bmw drives all good and sounds good, but theres a couple of things I need to finish off.

@ stoffa, do you know anything about kiwi race cars ltd? I\'m going to ring Juniors and vechicle compliance

yep, formally graeme berry race cars I think, across the road from MP autoparts in Montogery cres, they work on some pretty high end cars so they should be good. I know STM use some guy from over Masterton way

Kiwi Race cars did my cage... i wouldn\'t reccomend them...

very slow at doing anything tbh so you\'d be waiting a while.

Go to the guy in the Wairarapa, it a bit of a drive but he\'s a nice guy and if it\'s all legit then you\'ll be sweet.

It is ex Graham Berry,Colin is your man there.

A Very dry fellow but very good. built the chassis for our 6 sec drag car.

Ken McAdam is the guy at Wellington Vehicle Compliance. He\'s always been pretty good to deal with. He will pull you up on the little things but it gives you a good assurance that the car is actually safe, not just legal, which is the whole point I guess.

I have spoken to a mate who deals with a guy who doz moble certs, he\'s surpose to be good to deal with.

Just got to do a few things to the car, then it should be all go ;D

Mobile certs? Does he have a big truck and can hoist it up on the spot to check suspension, brakes and such?

If so.. cool!

If not, then I\'d be wary about how much he actually checks

Sorry I should of said my mate works as a mechanic, the guy comes to his work to do the certs.

I like the idea of the truck with all the set up in it, now that would be pretty cool alright
