Has anyone fitted bp exhausts to a bl legacy?

Contemplating putting these on a ble legacy but am unsure of their fitment

Should be a direct bolt on, usually the wagon tips are a tiny bit longer than the sedan's but looking at those ones they should fit a sedan fine?

I got a shop to chop and fit BP5 mufflers to my BLE.

They will be a bit too long.

Look at the fitment knockoutgiant has on his build thread. The genomes he has sticks out quite alot since they are for a BP

What shop did you go to? I want to do the same thing - cut the tips off, shorten and weld back on, woolf mufflers won't deal with stainless.

Any pitstop should do it. Recommend Grey Lynn.

I got the flange side altered, not the exhaust side. Should make it fit without damaging the cosmetic bits.

Cheers, went to PT Grey Linn this arvo - very nice guys,they said the flange mod option is not the best as you'd have to modify hangers as well, recommended A1 exhausts and towbars on Hillside rd. for the cut'n'TIGweld job (the best option as it seems and won't be noticeable if done properly).

Put the mufflers on today (out of curiosity and to see how ridiculous they gonna look like), used genuine gaskets and new bolts/nuts that I got from partsouq the other day.

Ganador Titan Rouge sound awesome and super light, look a bit funny though

As everyone before me has said, they'll definitely fit but the tips will be a little long unless you get them chopped. Some people may even like the extended tip look.

BTW, those are Ganador Rapido mufflers

So not too much of a drama to cut and weld the rear section of the muffler if need be! Keep the pics coming of some of your bl's

Went to A1 today, the main guy wasn't there (apparently only him can do TIG) but they reckon my job should be easy and less than a hundy for two tips. The problem is they're super busy and fully booked till the end of September.

That 3.0 got modified headers and exhaust system, watched the vid yesterday. Awesome sound for some fun but will probably get annoyed pretty quickly driving something like that every day

Dropped the mufflers at A1 - $70 for two tips (or $120 if the muffs were on the car, quickly went home to take them off and saved myself $50), picking them up on Monday arvo.
