g4 plug in RS Legacy 91 3000ks on engine

Hi all been a while since i been on any way to the i wish i could cut a long story short but sadly i need all the help i can get so all and any will help

So as title saiz i hav rs full forge etc im heading to auckland from dargaville as i get to welsford i boost up the hill pull over in welsford for a meal. Then i proceed to cary on, on my journey my car has a different thought i hav no boost at all has vacum on idle and idles fine as i throttle it goes to zero but no boost i use nearly three quarter tank to get to auckland from welsford i hav no power wat so ever i think i hav blown my turbo but thats not possible as its only done about 2000ks from new its a masterpower t53 but getting on. Im in second to go up hills as i hav no power and strugling even it that gear car idle fine sounds normal. Trouble shooting next day

I take off intake turbo spinnig freely lil play in shaft huge suction on revs rising so not turbo

Mayb head gasket oil water fine no mixing at all with only 3thou ks on engine

Remove wastegate mayb stuck open waste gate fine

Remove front mount pipping no seen probs there either

Can any 1 help peter wallace from dargaville sugested limp mode mayb, im baffled never been baffled like this with a suby ever damb it
