Which Legacy to get........

I'm partial to the '03 onwards as well (BP/BL). Used to like the older shapes, but for some reason have "grown" out of them. That tradecarview site is a lot of fun to look through. Think i know how i'm gonna be spending my day now :) Already found a WRC edition 2000 Type R (0295/1000) that looks in mint condition... whole new world of possibilities!

If i see a nice BP/BL in your price range in my searches, i'll let you know

(Edit: Sorry this isn't on topic, but there's a bunch of the ltd edition Type R's on there, price range from $10k to over $20K)

Rev D (01 facelift) has different ECU, different turbos, higher compression, and so on. Significant differences.

'01 and up ECU's can be reflashed, previous ones can't. turbo differences as well. end result? correct me if I am wrong, but you still ended up with 205 kw (280 hp). little bit different feel, but I haven't heard of any differences that would make one year stand out against the others, except for the S401.

No, EJ206 is 8.5, EJ208 is 9.

My 2001 e-tune (revision d) has the EJ208 under the hood.

VOD is practially nonexistent in my '02 E-tune - I guess it could be down to individual car differences but I've heard a lot more VOD complaints about older versions. Agreed that its mostly small incremental improvements for each revision though.

Buy it if you can it looks immaculate, the gear booot even looks new. No coin scraping in the tray etc. Would be a good buy if you were to hang on to it.

      Afternoon team,
      im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket. 
      Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.
