BP wheels on BH?

Wondering how it would look, anyone have a photo? Found a dirty great chunk taken out of one of my rears today (too much gravelbashing :-[ ), pondering whether to just buy a couple new tyres or get some different wheels instead, seen some 17" from an 05 Legacy for sale. Also considering a switch to 16" wheels (gives better tyre size/profile for gravel) if I find some I like at a good price.

I had those wheels on my silver BE shape for a while (swapped mags with dad for a while) and they looked great. Not sure what they would look like on a wagon version. Im sure some photoshop minded person lurking on the forums would play up a photo for you? I say go for it anyway =)

here I am thinking no cos maybe the new shape follow the WRX's of similar vintage with 113.4x5? not the standard 100x5

some one who actually knows will have to answer OR I didnt read right and Ben has actually done this from that model and it worked...

Only the STi had a stud pattern swap.

GR WRX is still 5x100.

BL/BP Legacy is still 5x100.

I've seen the wheels in question on a BH, it looked tidy... It would look better in shadow chrome though IMO.

i prefer the stock BH ones TBH.

Now the stilleto style BP GTB wheels on the other hand do want.

Seen wheels very similar to the ones at the top come on a BE Rev D on a local dealers forecourt. It looked hot! Havent seen them on a wagon though.

I was close to finding some BP/BL legacy wheels to put on my lancaster, but found cheap enough 16" tyres, plus I would have been killed if I bought another set of mags!

Keen to keep an eye on this thread to see if anyone has pics of their car with them on.

Not so subtle but I do quite like Speedlines. Or maybe I'll just take the sensible option and do some tyre replacement on the ones I have

+1, I've seen these wheels on a BE and they looked awesome, I'm sure they'll look good on a BH as well.

The stiletto style wheels are nice too but I've only seen them in 18" and even 17" is getting bad enough for gravel.

With the 18s it needs to be that little bit lower, think thats the problem with the first one.

Forgot I was going to update with pics - heres the only one I have with the new wheels so far, though its actually clean for once at the moment so I should go out and take some more before I get it dirty again.
