when i took mine out of my BH was pretty strong, think with a bit of effort it could be remade from carbon, if you wanted to spend the money

The BH may be different, they seem to be quite a bit better made than the BD.

And yeah when I took the headliner out of my BG, it was basically two thin sheets of plastic surround something I could only perceive as bubblewrap haha

Just to prove I was talking cr@p, heres how one of the dudes in the states managed to vinyl wrap his headliner in a BD........No idea if it will last when it heats up tho. Just trying to find out if he removed the furry bits first

Nah. I took some primer surfacer and made the headliner more ridged and smooth. The some adhesion promoter. And just stick it on and heat it up to contour. I did all my panels in 2 hours so i'd have to say it was pretty easy.

..... i can get you adhesive promoter, but its not the cheapest product around...

- they recommend using it on plastic before applying vinyl... we use it when we apply go-kart decals onto the plastic POD's...

Hmmm, can you get sheets big enough to do a BF headliner though? I don't really want to see any joins.

it only comes 1220mm wide but you can get it pretty much any length you like. You can join it so you can barely notice though, there is a youtube on how to do that.

No I left the furry on but I took some primer surfacer and covered it in that first to get to get all hard and a little smother. Adhesion promoter and then just stuck it on. Honestly I have no idea if its a winning long lasting method so time will tell.
