I wasn't aware you can reverse an electronic payment? You can 'stop' a cheque for $15-$30 or so generally but not so sure you can do the same with electronic payments...hopefully I am wrong however

you should try and fix the boyracer problem too, declare industrial sites off limits at certain times and restrict access to certain areas, that will definitely solve it...

when hate to say it they were probably the best place for them to be in the 1st place... apart from Private property damage and the likes...

ASB can't/won't do anything.

I got a new SIM card and number over the weekend (put my phone on contract with Vodaph) so I gave him a ring this morning, he answered and when I told him who it was and that the turbo was a TD04 as clearly stamped on the housing, he reckoned that three people told him it was a VF22 (bull****), and continued to say that I can't prove that it was the turbo he sent me then promptly hung up lol. Idiot!!
