MM Almost Killed Me / My RA

My mechanic said that it was really close to shattering and taking the entire brake and wheel with it, and it was amazing i made it back to wanganui with it like this, he also said that it was only 19mm and the minumum is 21mm so im feeling pretty lucky

Sorry mate thats nowhere near shattering. I made it back to Palmy then out to camp rangi woods with mine, but to be fair i couldnt use the footbrake at all and had to everything on engine braking and handbrake alone.

Oh and Koom - i made sure before the track day that repco across the road from manfeild had some rotors....but then Alan bought them before i got there.

Newsuba still had the best 'gap' from a few years back...

4 cracks in the driver side disc, 3 on front and one on back. 2 cracks on the passenger side one - both on the front

they were slotted aswell, gutting must of cost you heaps

Not really, paid $280 for them new and had them about 50,000kms and 3 track days.

The guy told me you'd been in to check Didn't stop me buying your rotors. My need was greater than yours - until I saw the cracks in your rotors.
