Are super lows too low??

was thinking about springs again and are super lows (in standard struts) too low for 18's?? Will they rub on the guards, wheel size is 215/35/18..

what offset are they??

generally you should be fine dude, i ran superlows with 215/40/18 in my wagon (et51) and they were ok - they did sit up in the guards a little tho.

Gaurd rolling would be recommended - although in my case i didnt have to due to the narrow offset.

I've got superlows with 19x7s. Had to roll the guards and remove some of the plastic.

ok...so i think they will be sweet... but will dobi super low springs out of a 89 bc5 rs fit into my 93 V1 wrx

the rear springs are different

im running doby super lows in my car with 215/35r18s and yeah just need to roll the gaurds a little bit.

had fitted 215/35/19 with super lows and the car sat perfect. it was on a v7 tho.

i thnk on 18's it will sit sweet if say the mags are 7.5 inches wide as wud perhaps not rub the guards

they are too low if only you got a aftermarket bumper

They're too low if your suspension arms go horizontal or invert when you compress the suspension over a corner. You get positive camber, and your car will let go of the road in a big hurry.

+1 , depends what you want... Do you want to go low, or do you want your car to make corners.

I agree in full with your thoughts on that matter. , depends what you want... Do you want to go low, or do you want your car to make corners.

Well, in my wagon 16x7 +38 was a no go with superlows. Would rub with anything more than 1 person in the car. Only slightly with two people, in a BIG way with four/five.

So given yours are x7.5....if the offset isn't nice then you're not looking good imo
